2021 Intelligent Ground Vehicle Competition  4-7 June 2021 Oakland University Rochester MI

IGVC for the first time will be conducted totally on a asphalt parking lot. Rules will be the same as planned for 2020. 

Safety is paramount
specifics for social distancing, sanitation, and daily health screening.   
The events will be conducted maximizing major COVID precautions including:
1.     Individual team tents
2.     Maximizing activities to take place outdoor
3.     Social distancing during all indoor contact
4.     Social distance of the design challenge
5.     Scheduling separation at challenge events to ensure distancing of teams competing
6.     Mandatory mask requirements in all IGVC tents and competition challenges
7.     Mask availability at multiple locations
8.     Many hand sanitizer stations
9.   Take temperatures of all attendees and officials entering a team or official tents daily
10. Attending faculty or Team Captain will sign an agreement to daily monitor the team and not allow symptomatic members on the competition site
11. Post signs restricting spectators from entering the tent area
12  Others recommended health and safety plans TBD
